All Cabins are Non-Smoking

Deer Run Cabins are cleaned and made ready for your stay.  During your stay you keep house. 

All dishes and cookware are to be cleaned and put away when you depart.  There is a trash dumpster located on the grounds for your convenience.

Children 5 and under stay Free (limit of two free per cabin)

There is a 3 day minimum on Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends.

NO FIREWORKS

Pet Policy: Small well behaved dogs are welcome under these conditions: Dogs are to be in a carrier when left unattended in cabins and are to be on a leash while outside.  They are house broken, clean and free of fleas.  Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by pets.  We ask that you please pick up after your pets. There will be a charge of $8.00 per night/per dog.

Reservation Policy:  All reservations are too paid in full at time of reservation.  Payments can be made by check, cash, money order or credit/debit card.  A written confirmation and receipt will be sent to you when payment is received. 

Cancellation Policy:  Our cancellation policy is intended to be fair to our guests, yet prevent loss to our business.  Once we reserve a cabin for a guest, we refuse all other requests for it.  If a guest cancels a reservation 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date we will refund the reservation amount less a $25.00 service fee.  If a guest cancels a reservation less than 30 days, they will be responsible for the amount of the reservation for the total time reserved if the reserved time cannot be refilled.  Guests are responsible for all reserved dates, with no refunds for late arrival or early departure.
